Build quality is very good as with all Makita tools, this allows both Psi and bar to be used when inflating, some other modals do have this option.

I do a lot of trackdays where hot tyres need to be bled to maintain the correct pressures and then require re-filling at the end of the day ... up to 10psi per corner. I also have a commercial vehicle that requires tyres to be maintained at 65psi ... the cordless tyre inflator just takes the sweat out of this ... and is a second use for the batteries and charger of my Makita drill ... so great value !!

Nice and sturdy as you would expect from Makita . Used it once , I’m no lover of the screw valve connector but sure I can overcome it with a bit of thought

Bought as I already have Makita batteries, plus have a very slow air leak on two tyres and sick of cheap plug in inflators that barely work and queuing up for air at petrol stations. An impressive piece of equipment. It’s fast, has a 10 minute on, 5 off duty cycle and makes light work of putting 7-10 psi in quite wide tyres. Definitely happy I plumped for the newer model. It’s also a fair bit quieter than I expected. Very pleased with it.

Good inflator for my caravan tyres, other main stream inflators struggled to reach 65 psi.

Fast and reasonably accurate (measured the same for the tyres as the petrol station inflator). However you have to hold the trigger all the time. There’s no switch lock. And it went .1 bar past the target pressure.
