First-time buyer of an SDS, and very pleased with the investment in such a high quality tool. First hour of use was chiselling using the bits from D-21200 (which fits perfectly inside the Makpac case with the drill) and it seemed effortless; 25 bricks removed from a garden wall (setting 3/5), bricks cleared of old mortar ready for re-use, and cracked pointing removed from a further 50 bricks (setting 2/5)... and both 5Ah batteries still showing 4/4 charge remaining. Due to the anti-vibration technology, my arm didn't feel numb afterwards (unlike the last time I borrowed an older SDS). Haven't yet had the need (or courage?!) to try setting 4 or 5... but based on what I could do on setting 3 I really can't imagine anything it couldn't handle (unless a wrecking-ball would be more efficient). Also used for drilling into both brick and mortar, which was equally effortless (made my old combi drill seem like a kids clockwork toy). Had feared that it might be a bit heavy for extended use (with the weight of two batteries added), but the tool feels well balanced and surprisingly comfortable even for a non-professional. I managed to use it both right and left-handed by adjusting the secondary handle, and was even effective in single-handed use in tight spots where the side handle was in the way. Highly recommended!

Excellent product works well lots of power behind behind the drill hammer action, looking forward to using it to remove a whole bathroom of tiles, that see what its made of. The only comments I would make are there should be some sort packaging inside the case to stop the tool and accessories from being thrown about as the box was delivered upside down and the other comment I would make the grease pump had dried out.
