Used this very effectively to remove old bathroom tiles and chase out some floor screed and cable trucking, the Makita is first class and not too heavy, my only observation would be it needs the 5ah battery, i had to stop to recharge a fair few times. That said it gave me many tea breaks.

Have only used the tool briefly so don't know what its durability is like. However, I have used Makita tools for years and have found them very reliable, more so than Bosch snd DeWalt
