Hi, thank you for your feedback. We are surprised to hear this as the feedback received for this tool has been very encouraging. The tool is fitted with an auto cut-off to prevent motor burn out but if you continue to experience issues with the tool however please don’t hesitate to get in touch so we can advise on the warranty platform. Kind regards, Ian@Powertoolworld.co.uk

Good but not a full replacement for the petrol Stihl saw. If you plan on doing constant cutting this isn't the tool for you as it eats batteries and gets quite hot but for quick cuts it's definitely worth having. It's pretty well powered and has no trouble with concrete or steel cutting.
