The Makita DC18RD twin 18v Li-ion charger, charges 2 Makita 18 volt LXT lithium-ion batteries simultaneously. “Large, but effective charger that gives you all of the information that you need about battery state, charging status and actual charging. Double charging means that , if you have a number of Makita power tools to be used at the same time, battery availability should not be a problem, always assuming that you have enough batteries. A good charger that, replacing a single charger, has made a great deal of difference to my house renovation.”

“Have had the single rapid charge charger but decided too treat myself to the double one. Only used today but must say I'm impressed. Will now be able to charge two batteries at once.
