Makita have developed these moulded inner trays to allow you to securely store your tools in the Makpac cases. This inner tray will fit the Makita 821550-0 Type 2 case. It will also fit a Makpac Type 3 carry case but please be aware that there will be extra space above the tool, battery and charger.
