“I spent the extra money to get a device that’s supposed to be capable of measuring up to 80m, but I wish I hadn’t bothered. The laser dot is really small, so it’s difficult to locate over long distances, especially in anything other than full shade. It also turns off after a few seconds, so it’s really frustrating to try and use. It’s good indoors and for close work, but that’s not what I bought it for, so it might actually be going back..”
