Great saw, everything set up true out of the box. The multi purpose blade whilst flexible ( don’t need to change blade to cut different materials) and convenient, I find that it does cause a bit of tear out on wood. I will be investing in a dedicated fine wood blade for finer joinery work. All in all good value and performance .

I bought this saw after another site let me down. Buying from PowerTool World was much easier and quicker and the saw was delivered in a couple of days. The saw itself took about 5 minutes to assemble and another couple of minutes to accurately adjust the laser guide, which is a great addition to the saw. Using the saw is quick and easy and the supplied clamps make cutting large stock easy and safe. The blade cuts like it's cutting butter and leaves a better than factory cut on all edges apart from the bottom, so if you need a clean edge on all sides, I would recommend using a sacrificial piece of something such as ply or MDF on the underside, just to stop any tear out, which, even without anything underneath the piece being cut, is very minimal. I've used Evolution saws for a while and the blade never fails to impress. Overall, this is a great mitre saw, especially for the price. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for reliability and accuracy and would definitely recommend PowerTool World aswell.
