“I can only imagine that this piece of kit works fantastically as it's made by dewalt. Unfortunately DHL couldn't deliver my items although all other couriers seem to be able to deliver to the address I provided. Stated multiple attempts to deliver, strage as no ring doorbell activity to support this or any delivery cards??? Item returned to Power Tool World by DHL PTW then tried to charge me for restocking the items DHL never attempted to deliver to the correct address provided. It's taken 15days to get a final outcome. PTW won't resend the item. WON'T BE USING POWER TOOL WORLD AGAIN or DHL if I can avoid it. Really poor customer service, I was promise re-delivery and then emailed a few days later that they will refund and not re-send. Complete waste of my time!!!!!9”

“This tool packs a punch while remaining easy to move around. Setting it up is a breeze, and I had it working within minutes. The machine feels sturdy and well-built. While it handles normal dry wood with ease, I did face some challenges with wet, cupped, resinous, and heavy timber, requiring a bit more effort. Despite these minor hiccups, I would definitely recommend it for its overall power and user-friendly setup.”
