“I bought this hedge trimmer based on good reviews and having other DeWalt kit / batteries. Out of the box I trimmed 75metres of an admittedly young hedge. It did a great job and the battery was still on 2 lights when finished. Great!”

“Got this hedge trimmer to replace an old mains corded unit. Don't let its lightweight fool you. I have some 4AH batteries from other DeWalt tools and had no idea how long it would last. I have used it for 3 days on and off and still going strong. Much quieter than my old one, easier to use due to no cable and we'll balanced. Razor sharp teeth on the blades make light work of all my brambles, shrubs and bushes.”

“Excellent tool. Really sharp, quite light and easy to use. Moved from a corded machine and this is so much easier than worrying about cutting through the cable (which I’ve done a couple of times - RCD in place mind). I used batteries I had with DeWalt drill, they were only 1.5Ah but two were just enough to cut my hedge. May think about getting about a more powerful battery in the future. Would recommend”
