“Disappointed, the parcel arrived damaged and unsealed part of the tool was missing which I reported. I was told they would replace the missing part so I used the strimmer over the weekend. I was then informed in the next email from them they could not source the missing part and to return whole package. As I had used it and told them I was then informed that they do not take back used equipment thus I am trying to sort the missing part myself. Not very impressed and will not be using them again”
