“I've got a much bigger SDS drill but In old plaster, it tended to make more of a mess than I wanted when drilling holes for anchors and fixings. This smaller less powerful bit of kit is lighter, smaller, easier to use and doesn't risk demolishing walls. It doesn't have a hammer only option but i didnt buy it for that. I use a small power stack battery and I've found that's good for 30+ 10mm holes in brick. Obviously, you can stick a bigger battery on if you need but for me, that's more than enough to install a room full of cabinets or a couple of days of blinds, mirrors and TV brackets. Delivery was quick and the price good.”
