“Very dissatisfied, DPD tried to deliver twice,I used their app to change drop offs and give them my mobile number and they took it back to Powertool Worlds depot. I was desperate for my order for work purposes. Nobody contacted me to inform me so I called to speak to somebody and was told my purchase was with returns and would not be delivered. I then called back again and asked for my order to be rearranged and was told to reorder on line.I understand that this is their policy but I had my card and was ready to reorder.I feel the customer service was lacking and you also came highly recommended.
