“This is a reliable battery pack with an adequate charge level for the gardening tasks that I perform using Bosch compatible tools a strimmer, a leaf blower and a mower. The options are a 2Ah battery, this 4Ah and a 6AH (recent addition to the range). I already have one 2Ah and one 4Ah. The 2Ah on its own would only useful for small gardens but came with the mower. it is a useful first battery to use and then place on charge whilst I use the 4Ah. Due to increased usage of the tools, I needed an additional battery. I was tempted by the 6Ah and, had I not already had one 4Ah then I would probably have purchased the 6Ah. The £/Ah cost is similar. However I stayed with the 4Ah and use the three batteries in a rolling mode of charging one whilst using the others. I never run out of usable batteries even in a large garden.”

“The rechargeable battery I ordered - BOSCH GREEN 36V 4.0AH LITHIUM-ION BATTERY 1600A0022N / 2607337047 - failed and would no longer recharge after 7 months. It is the second such battery that has failed me, though the first came from a different seller.”

“Can only compare this battery with the 2ah version which I also have and it lasts quite a bit longer. Have recharged these batteries numerous times and they still perform well and with minimal drop out. These batteries are the reason that I use the Bosch Range of tools. Superb battery.”
