We have really been struggling with getting certain stock in the current Covid19 climate, we did try getting in touch with you but had no response back. The alternate treats we sent free of charge as a temporary replacement as we are expecting the new donuts to arrive next week which we had planned on sending you one in the post, additional postage covered by us.
