Thanks so much for your review. We’re really sorry your order wasn’t in the box you were expecting. On the day your parcel was due to go out, our new boxes were delayed - we did try to give you a call and left a message to check if you’d prefer to wait or receive it in an alternate box. As we didn’t hear back before the 2pm cut-off, we sent it in the alternate box and popped in a free treat to make up for it.
