Hi Julie, I am so sorry your review slipped through the cracks but I wanted to reach out to say how sorry I am to hear that the Myrtle you received last year was of poor quality. I have checked the returns document and it appears to have been marked as unsuitable so it would be so useful, if you wouldn't mind, to hear more information about the quality issue so we can make sure to address this for future customers as this was the first report of any issues we have received?
