“Unusual design and very slim. Also rather expensive for what they are in comparison to other path type lights but they look great on our new oak gate posts. However Pooky need ensure better quality control of the manufacturer. Two of the three lamps were identical but the fourth although very similar had a different fixing and I had to use a Dremel drill on the aluminium casting to allow the bracket to fit fully flush with the back of the lamp. Also grub screws were different sizes. As an aside whilst these are not dimmable LEDs I was able to dim them using a cheap PWM (Pulse width Modulation) controller which I bought very cheaply on a large well known american on line retailer. This allowed me to reduce the brightness just enough to stop them looking garish.”

“worth mentioning in the description that it is 12V. otherwise the lowest profile up-down I have come across.”

Hi Alex- we do state under our 'Dimension & Details' that this particular wall light is 12V, so I can only apologise if that was unclear for you at the point of purchasing. We do our upmost to ensure that we do supply our customers with all of the relevant information needed to install our products and appreciate that this is sometimes needed ahead of time.
