“The lights are lovely, as pictured if not better. Unfortunately the quality of them wasn't up to scratch. They had a number of flaws and imperfections and they had clearly been tested, but in testing them the Alabaster had become scratched. I asked for an exchange which was dealt with swiftly, I can't fault Pooky's service with this, but unfortunately the second lot were even more damaged. I will say, I will order from Pooky again due to the service elements though.”

“Lovely lights, and arrived in perfect condition (considering alabaster can be fragile). Very chic, they look a lot more expensive than they were.”
