“Beautiful product but not practical. Unfortunately, our electrician was unable to secure the fitting to the wall as both the wires from the product and from our wall were unable to fit inside of the base of the fitting.”

Hi Richard, Thank you for your feedback and I am so sorry to hear you were unable to use the light. The fittings themselves are designed to be nice and small but the wiring itself is recommended to be fitted within the wall cavity itself, as opposed to within the backplate of the fitting. The design of the Tina would not allow for this but it is usual for these elements to be kept within the wall space itself. I am sorry if that wasn't possible in your case but we will certainly bear this in mind for future customers who might have a similar problem. Very best wishes, Daisy
