“These fittings themselves are a really nice product. However it must be said from an installers point of view, virtually impossible to fit. The base must be recessed into the wall, which needs a holesaw around 53 or 54mm (which Pooky don’t seem to tell you), and this leaves you around 5mm max either side of the hole for your fixings. If it’s a solid wall, forget it. Realistically the only way they can work is on a wooden panelled wall.”
