“My order of two lamps never arrived. Pooky used DPD Local, who made no attempt to deliver and instead sent my parcel straight to a pickup location in an unpleasant area over ten miles from where I live, which I have no means of getting to. I called Pooky, no suggestion they could do anything about it. So that is the end of me shopping with Pooky. Appalling service.”

Hi Heather, I am sorry to hear this was your experience with us. We always aim to give the best customer service and do everything we can to make sure our customers are happy. I have had a look into this and can see that the colleague you discussed this with explained that normally we send you out a replacement, so that we could get this delivered to your address but unfortunately the item you had ordered was out of stock and discontinued. We therefore had no way of raising this for you. I understand that you had asked for us to arrange for DPD to pick this up from the drop off shop and redeliver it you but regrettably this is not something DPD provides. Due to this, we had these sent back to us and have refunded you in full with in a week of your request. “Another fabulous Pooky purchase.Just love these rechargeables.The Scoon is feeling very pleased with itself sitting over my fireplace.Cute size, doesn't overwhelm the space and the gloss copper is a lovely warm colour.”
