“This is such a lovely lamp and delighted with it. However, must say that Pooky customer service is not the best. This is a rechargeable lamp and there were no instructions as to how long to charge the bulb for and how long it is likely to last before recharging. Nothing on the website so I emailed their help section and apart from an auto generated response, I've heard nothing. It is basic information and from a customers point of view good to know and surprised no response from Pooky.”

“Bought two of these bases. One in small and the other tiny. Perfect for my space, love the style and colour. Great quality from Pooky again, always get something different.”
