“It arrived very quickly, but the stem was bent. I’ve been able to straighten it with a bit of force but was a little disappointed it arrived in less than perfect condition. Love Pooky and all your products but on this occasion wasn’t 100% satisfied.”

Hi and thanks for the review. We package our goods carefully do they survive the sometimes perilous journey via courier, which is slightly out of our hands. We have to do our best to balance the need for careful packaging with customer concern about over-packaging. Sorry that in this case the lamp was damaged in transit. Sometimes it really is a simple of a little pressure to straighten but if you're worried, just send it back and we will of course replace it. Thanks for submitting the review. Best wishes - Tim
