“I was so looking forward to receiving our lamps for our bedroom, but as we unpacked the cables were excellent quality but had been rammed into the packaging which caused bulging and fraying on both lamps. Pooky did acknowledge that there was fraying but they thought the bulging would drop out. The boxes were huge and I had two of them, so we are going to keep them and use them for the spare room and hide the cables. They did give me 20% discount when I asked. The silly thing is, when I looked super closely at the photos you can see the fraying! This could have been been easily prevented.”
