“The products themselves are beautiful, however the customer care is sub par. I have contacted them twice regarding a very large order that I placed, asking for help when I was met with unhelpful sarcasm. This was during the busy period when they had removed the next day delivery option from the website to help the warehouse cope with demand. I phoned in hope of getting my order upgraded due to unforeseen circumstances, perhaps a gesture of goodwill or compassion for a home reno disaster. But sadly the two customer service ladies I spoke to were blunt, unsympathetic and completely unhelpful! For such a high end and highly recommended company, the customer service sure doesn’t align with the brand. I wouldn’t recommend Pooky purely based on this alone - good customer service is very important especially when spending lots of money on products that will be on display in your home for years to come.”
