“Good looking solid floor lamp. Bulb holder a little filmsy considering the cost and cord with plug too short restricting where lamp could be located without using an extension lead. No bulb or instructions supplied with lamp and on line information related to product inaccurate with regard to type of bulb required . Customer service could be better .”

Hi there, we are so sorry to hear that you had a less than perfect product delivered. The bulb type was indeed detailed wrong on our website and this has now been updated so our sincerest apologies for the confusion and we do supply bulbs seperately I'm afraid and not with the products. The flex length should have been supplied as 1.2m as this is the standard.
