“Ordered this and it does not fit any of the Pooky lamps I have. It appears I have bought a pendant style which I was unaware of. I did contact Pooky and have had no response whatsoever which is a surprise as I had always rated this company and given them five stars. It appears their customer service is not what it was. I then looked at buying a different light however none of the pendant fittings actually fit this shade either! Fortunately I checked prior to making another mistake.”

Hi Annabelle, Thank you for leaving this feedback. You did purchase a pendant shade, which is designed to be hung upside down and used either on wall fittings hanging down or on a ceiling pendant. I'm so sorry if that wasn't clear on the product page on our website! I've checked our email system and can see that my colleague Amy did reply to your email from the 11th January with information on how to return this shade for a refund.
