“The shade itself is very nice, but it doesn't fit the wall fitting correctly. Having requested some help from Pookey, I was sent a repeat of the washers already included with the fitting (which I had explained I didn't require). In the end, my electrician sourced some washers of the correct size, although the shade remains somewhat loose. Only because it isn't touched on a regular basis, being a wall fitment, I can use it without worry, but I have to handle it carefully when dusting as the shade is wobbly in the fitting.”

“Had to ask for instructions regarding the saucer part of assembly - printed ones would have helped. The shade is not quite the blue/grey colour stated because it is definitely grey and the product is just a bit less refined than I had imagined it would be, nevertheless, I'm really pleased with the overall appearance and ambience the lights add to my sitting room. Well done on the turnaround delivery times.”
