I've not been able to put my lights up yet as we're still mid renovation. But they were delivered very quickly and we're packed very well so no risk of any damage. The fittings are lovely and will add a beautiful finishing detail to the pendants, i can't wait to get them up.

I love the look of this pendant but there is a frustrating design flaw. When the base plate is attached flush to the ceiling, the screw don't align with the brass ceiling rose. You need to add spacers underneath the base plate to lift it away from the ceiling so that the rose can be attached. Also the flex is very long and so unless you live in a church, will need to be trimmed. The wire terminator is very bulky, so the flex has to be cut and re-wired as the ceiling rose cannot accommodate any extra flex and the terminator. All doable and my lights now look lovely, but pretty fiddly and frustrating.

Thank-you so much for your feedback, Islean. I have passed this onto our Production Team regarding the brackets. The length of the flex provided is so we are able to be as flexible as possible for customers, as some customers do need to have a longer flex. The junction boxes can be fit into the ceiling cavity, but of course do appreciate that this may not be easy in many peoples homes. Both concerns would not be tricky for an electrician to resolve, and we generally receive positive feedback so I'm so sorry that this was not your experience with this fitting. Best wishes, Becci
