“The pendant light itself really looks lovely but I foolishly hadn't realised that it would make my dining room glow YELLOW! So took hours of time and trouble to find various bulbs including a daylight one in shops and on internet. Eventually found a v "white" bulb but this made the "glow" look VERY strange. So, having paid an Electrician £120.00 to fit the pendant, I VERY reluctantly took it down. Couldn't return it because the cable had been shortened of course! All in all that cost me circa £200.00. I was given a 15% discount on it though. Emily in London Store was VERY helpful about all this but of course company rules prevailed!!! Can't even give it to a Carity Shop as they don't take "Electrical Goods". Emily suggested somewhere I might be able to sell it, which was helpful. A very expensive and unhappy experience!”
