“We ordered this pendant and it arrived damaged which I do no think would have been done in transit as it was where the ceiling chain was attached at the top of it plus the packaging was very secure. So,we decided we would try again and ordered a second pendant which again arrived very promptly and secure but was also damaged on the sides they were dinted This was such a shame as we loved the pendant and it would have been perfect in our kitchen...so this was also returned I have to say the customer service has been excellent both on the telephone and via email Maybe some quality control needs put in place before the goods leave the depot.”

“Looks beautiful in the pictures but was a bit too quirky for our purposes in the cold light of day. Very useful to be able to try in the space and then return.”
