“Sadly, this particular light arrived to me in an unusable state. All of the metal parts arrived with severe corrosion on them; the chain was severely rusted and the rose and light fittings were similarly defective. So much so that all of the chrome plating had stripped away from base. This was really unfortunate as the glassware was absolutely beautiful and the light overall would have been stunning. I suspect this was a one-off, perhaps with the supplier of the light having stored it in a humid stockroom someplace. A real shame, but Pooky allowed me to return with item for a full refund with the absolute minimum of fuss. I won't affect my decision to shop at Pooky in the future and it's just one of those things.”
