“It's fair to say I got mildly obsessed with Pooky's Stellar pendant light. Although pricey, it was competitively priced. When I took the plunge and bought it, it arrived within days and was very carefully packed. When I spoke to customer services clearing up a some confusion, they were rapid in their their reply and always very friendly and helpful. Overall I was very satisfied with the product and service, I'm just looking for my home product to get obsessed by....”

“Absolutely LOVE my Moravian star pendant from Pooky. It is beautifully made and looks stunning in my flat. It was well packaged. The only reason I’ve given it 4 stars and not 5 is because the screws it came with weren’t long enough to actually attach it to the ceiling (frustrating when I was paying an electrician to be there and then had to run to the hardware shop.) If they supplied it with the correct screws it would be an easy 5/5 from me. Stunning light!”

Hi Rhiannon, Thank-you so much for your feedback regarding the screws provided with this pendant. We supply masonry screws with our pendants, but would advise customers to use appropriate screws and wall plugs for their ceilings as we are unable to provide these for every possible surface type, which I hope you can understand. I will make sure to feed this back to our Production Team, to see if we are able to supply slightly longer screws as a standard. Nonetheless, I'm so glad to see you're happy with your pendant- these really are beautiful, so I'm sure it looks lovely in your home. Best wishes, Becci
