“We bought the large Priscilla pendants. They are absolutely beautiful. Very good quality and look stunning, the picture on the website was an excellent likeness. Well worth the wait for them o come back into stock. One bulb wasn’t working and was replaced really promptly. So all very, very good. Highly recommended.”

“Really pretty lamps and good quality fittings. A few blemishes in the glass finish, but overall lovely product and a very reasonable price. The customer care in resolving an small issue was exceptional, so although id rather not have had an issue, it was handled quickly, helpfully and with great concern. There are many companies out there who could learn a huge amount from Pooky's example. would definitely use and again and recommend”

“My first order was completely smashed at the top when it arrived. But customer services were absolutely brilliant, processed and dispatched a new order that very same day. I sent in pictures and they advised safe disposal. New pendant has arrived and been installed by the electrician and it is simply beautiful. Better than I imagined! Adds character to my stairwell and I’ve had many compliments already. Be aware though, the description says E-27 bulb type so I bought that light bulb, but it doesn’t fit! Bayonet type is needed”
