“After buying some lovely pendant lights from Pooky that were too large we had to return them for a full refund - which was hassle free. So we went back to find the porcelain Monty pendants which are a much better size for our space. Very happy with their service and prompt delivery.”

“Pendant looked great but just not right where I ordered it for - seemed smaller so sadly had to return. However can't fault Pooky as they returned free of charge and will def use again in the future. Great company.”
