“Fabulous quality as expected from Pooky, meeting expectations again. Product arrived well packaged, promptly, and were very pleased with the quality and brightness of the led. The only possible improvement might be to offer a choice of led kelvins of lumens such a natural or cool options.”

“Beautiful light, very much as described/pictured. What has impressed me the most, however, is the fantastic customer service from Pooky. The first light received was unfortunately faulty, though this was not apparent on first inspection, but only when we came to install the light some time later. Becci was so helpful, and immediately set in motion the process of sending out a replacement, which arrived within a couple of days. This would certainly encourage me to order again, with the added confidence that if there were to be any issues ordering online, that these would be rectified so professionally, thank you.”
