“The Feathers mirror we received was damaged. The glass was completely smashed. Pooky customer service were very helpful and immediately issued a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement mirror glass was also smashed! Again, I can't fault Pooky customer service. They arranged for both mirrors to be collected by DPD. However, DPD did not turn up to collect at the allotted time. Again a phone call to Pooky support to rearrange collection. We have not ordered another mirror to replace those which were delivered broken. The packaging on both was clearly inadequate so I can only imagine that a third mirror would be delivered in the same sorry state. As for DPD, perhaps Pooky could consider another delivery company in the future. Very, very frustrating and disappointing.”

“Love these mirrors, we already have two in our holiday cottage and love them so much we bought another one for our en-suite at home. Really good quality and are a real feature for a room.”

“I have purchased several Feathers mirrors as you really do get a bang for your buck! The choice of sizes are fantastic and these mirrors suit small cloakrooms, larger bathrooms, bedrooms - extremely versatile. Very easy to install and a great price.”

“This mirror is a classic. The golden colour means it can go with anything. It does look like an antique mirror and we love the curve of it. Please keep the round cardboard found in the packaging. You can easily place the cardboard against the wall for measuring as it's easier than moving a heavy mirror.”
