Hi Annick and thank you for submitting your review. Our aim is to offer products that combine quality and value and i'm sorry you feel that the Audrey mirror doesn't meet either of these goals. The truth is that convex mirrors are expensive to manufacture and we can't get around that fact. I've had another look at what is out there in the market and for its size, i think it's a fair price. As for the quality, the mirror is purposefully lightly distressed and we do our best to highlight this in the photography. We'll have another look and see if we need to amend it. But whatever i say, your perspective as the customer is really all that's important. This is why we make it easy to return any products that don't meet expectation. So if you're not happy with it then do please return it for a full refund. Thank you for letting us know - we are grateful for all feedback, good and bad. And again, sorry that you we didn't meet your expectation this time. With regards - Tim
