“Although this is a nice shade it’s completely inappropriate for the lamp base I bought from Pooky . It was suggested by the company that this was the correct size and it is not . It’s far too big and pulls over the lamp . Really annoying return policy and a pain to return . Disappointed .”

Hi Carolyn, Thank you for feeding this back! I'm sorry that this lampshade wasn't suitable for your Chukka. I can see that you were in contact with my colleague and she did advise that it is personal preference for which shade you choose for your lamp and the recommendations are just what we think might work. I can see that we have received the shade and refunded you for it. We no longer sell the version of the Chukka that you purchased so we have not been able to test this but I have passed this to our team to review.
