“Lovely shade, very high quality workmanship and design. It suited the lamp perfectly but was too small and there was not a larger size. Returned very reluctantly but there was no other option. Thank you for the speedy turnaround of my refund. I will definitely usethe company in future.”

“I had no idea which shade would look best with our new lamp. I also wasn’t positive on the sizing. Thankfully, Pooky’s website allows you to “try on” each shade with a chosen base. Brilliant!! As an added layer of service, I was able to chat with a real person (Lottie) regarding which shade would be best. I was even able to submit a photo of my room and color scheme to aide in the decision making. We went with Lottie’s suggestion, and we love the outcome. Thank you!”
