“I'm sure once I receive the replacement shade it will be fine but the 3 star review is more related to the process of replacing the faulty shade I was initially sent. Each email cycle takes a day or two, the first response on recognising the faulty shade was to direct me to a replacement webpage. That doesn't exist so a different process was required. Whichever process Pooky proposes seems to place the onus on the customer to get labels and then take the faulty item to a DPD type centre. The shade is in a 50cm cube box so not too easy to return but that's a bridge I've yet to cross as I'm waiting to see if the replacement is ok. Their website claims 'fuss free returns' but I'm not entirely convinced....”
