“Received grubby lampshade which was returned only to receive another grubby lampshade so decided that would just keep it. However customer service got in touch and will be replacing it with a freshly made one! Am very happy.”

Hi Holly, I'm so sorry to see your second shade has also arrived with marks inside the lining. I will give you a call shortly to discuss this further and see if we can offer a solution for you. “I ordered 2 . Absolutely stunning blue/green colour and very pretty when lit. They lift any colour scheme. A bit bigger than I had imagined but I decided to keep them as I love them so much.”

“Very pleased with my lampshade from start to finish. Helpful advice on the telephone re size. Delivery was swift despite snow, and all the packaging was recyclable. I ordered the larger size, it is perfect for my standard lamp base, and the colour just as I expected. Even happier considering the sale price. Thank you.”
