“This is a beautifully made silk shade. Unfortunately the colour was not exactly the same as the shade pictured and had a pink overtone which did not go with the base or other items in the room. I was extremely disappointed because everything about the shade shown on-line was what I am looking for. Sheila C”

“I ordered on a friday afternoon, but neglected to press next day delivery! I telephoned but was informed I was too late as next day was next working day which woukd have been tuesday as it was Bank Holiday! It was for a party on the Saturday but I knew it was too late. BUT Saturday morning it arrived!!!!! Someone had put themselves out to really help and I received it !!!! NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY!! EXCELLENT AND IT WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED !”

“Lovely big lampshade that suits my ceramic chinoiserie style lamps extremely well. I've included a photo although the cellophane is still on. The colour (coral) is pretty much as seen on the website. I was maybe hoping it would be slightly lighter, but I'd say the website is a true portrayal of the colour. They arrived very quickly - no more than 2 days I'd say.”
