“Great lampshades - bought the same ones a couple of years ago for our bedroom, couldn’t find anything I liked as much so bought again for guest bedroom. Excellent quality, well made, lovely design plus good service - quick delivery and sensibly packed.”

“This looks even more stunning than the online image. Thick, pleated qyality cotton with a delicate gold tracery over the surface: love the squiggles. Has this ability to look classic and quirky at the same time - the best combination! Looks beautiful lit up but equally pleasing to the eye unlit too. Fitted this to an existing base with a neutral/green/gold colourway. Think the other neutral/cream shade in this section would have looked just as good - it was a difficult choice.”

“This is my second (the first was a customer return) and it’s not much better. For some reason this lamp is not stitched at the binding like all my others. It’s a glued down frayed edge. Looks cheap for £55. Disappointing from Pooky. Pooky were helpful in getting me a replacement.”

Sorry to hear that your product arrived with glue showing. We inspect our shades at the manufacturer and also when they arrive in our warehouse but things do slip through sometimes, especially when the shades are wrapped to protect them. Not perfect but where customers find an imperfection with a product, we do try and resolve it as quickly and painlessly as possible. Again, sorry your product was sub-par.

“Gorgeous Gorgeous. Beautifully made. The colour is a slightly lighter shade than shown on the website which actually suited me perfect. They are very stylish.”
