“The Pooky assistant on the phone really helped me choose the lampshade, after I described the bedroom. I could not be more happy with the lampshade - it is truly beautiful and works perfectly within my daughter's new bedroom. The shade arrived in good time and was packaged well. I was reassured by the Pooky assistant that if I wasn't happy, I could easily return it. Absolutely no need to return this lampshade.”
