“Beautiful shades but why have white fixings showing at the top of the shades, surely they should be black and fixed to the bottom of the shade?”

Hi and thank you for your review. We're always grateful to receive feedback. The fixings at the top is fairly standard as it makes for a stronger frame that will withstand time better than having fixings at the bottom. It also means that the shades are stackable which reduces costs of shipping, storing and thenpackaging and delivering to customers. This is an important factor in helping us to keep the cost of the shades down and also to reduce the environmental impact of packaging. The comment about black (or in this case perhaps gold) wires has been passed back to the product team for consideration. We haven't had the comment before but it is a good idea and we will incorporate if possible. Thanks again for the feedback - Best - Tim

“Stunning lampshade - luxurious, understated and elegant - the silk makes our lamp look like it was £1k! Also super speedy delivery and great eco packaging. All round delighted.”
