“The shade looks very nice, the fabric and the lining provide a luxury appearance. However, the product is let down by a rather inferior quality metal frame. The frame that fits onto the lamp (or pendant) would not articulate, it had clearly been painted after assembly and stuck fast by the paint. As such, the shade I received was unusable. Pooky were good about returning it and getting a replacement; I await to see if the replacement has the same problem.”
