“Love Pooky and its products. These are beautful and fun lampshades - which sadly don't match the colour scheme in the bedroom I ordered them for. Top ranking for quality, I'm giving a mid ranking for service as there is no Returns Form, no instruction of how to return the lampshades for a refund, and when I call the number given on the Pooky Invoice there is no answer and the voicemail is full. I sent an email to ask what to do and got one back by return saying it could take up to 4 days to respond. Mmm I dont think this is great service and whilst I have some fabulous Pooky lights and shades in my home, I might think twice about ordering again. I hope I receive clear instructions on how to return the lamp shades soon!”
