“I’m sending this back…..so disappointing as the pattern of the material has been cut so there is none of the pretty pattern and colours on it just mostly the brown ziggy pattern all over it. It really is not the same shade without all the colour and pattern on it as illustrated. Why on earth did they think they could send it out to anyone without the pattern displayed on the shade on their website ? Waste of time and money for me , not the usual from Pooky!”

Hi Jo, I'm so sorry about this! We do cut our fabric so we use all of the material and try and minimise the waste as much as possible - however, I completely understand how disappointing it can be when you are expecting something that doesn't arrive! We do still have stock of these shades, so I have asked a member of our team to get in touch to discuss exchanging this for one with more pattern visible.
